Oído en Vivo is a guide to live music in Colombia. It gathers in one place the shows announced across the country, with their date, their venue and where tickets are sold, so that finding out what is playing tonight does not depend on following twenty different accounts.
The rule
Only music that somebody is playing in the room gets in. A concert with a band, a recital, an orchestra, a group on a stage: that is what we look for. A party with recorded music or a screening is not, and does not appear. When we do not yet know whether a show will have live instruments, we list it marked "to be confirmed" rather than take for granted what we have not checked.
That is why the site's motto is music played, not played back.
How it is arranged
Each presentation is one date at one venue. From it you can reach the venue's page, with everything it has announced, and the artist's, with all their dates; when several dates make up one tour, you will see them together. The music is grouped into ten families: rock, metal, jazz, blues, folk, roots, dance, reggae, electronic and hip hop. You can come in through any of them, through the city, through the venue, or search directly.
We only show what is still to come. Once a date has passed, it leaves the lists.
Where the dates come from
We do not organise concerts and we do not sell tickets. We gather what ticket sellers, concert listings and public cultural calendars announce, and put it in order. When two sources announce the same night at the same venue, here it is a single presentation, with every seller's link.
We show the day, not the hour: the exact time, the prices and the conditions are confirmed by the seller and the venue, and they can change. Before you leave home, always check the ticket link.
The maps
Every venue whose location is known has its map, and from it you can open the route in the app you use. Some points are marked "approximate coordinate": it means the location comes from the street address and nobody has yet verified it on the building.

If you play, if you run a venue, or if you see a wrong date or a show that is not here, write to us. The corrections of the people in the room are the best we get.
